He was predeceased by: his parents, James Millikan and Essie "McFann" Millikan; and his wife Phyllis "McKinney" Millikan. He is survived by: his son Jim Millikan (Vickie) of Dunkirk, IN.; his granddaughters, Jennifer Smith (Chase) of Dunkirk, IN. and Jessica Millikan (Brad Clayton) of Muncie, IN.; and his great grandchildren, Aidan and Cole Smith.
