He is survived by: his mother Freda Franklin (Wheeler); his daughters, Brittany Franklin (Kody Bankenship) of Dunkirk, IN, Haley Franklin of Dunkirk, IN, Taylor Franklin of Redkey, IN and Alexis Franklin of Albany, IN; his brother Brian Franklin (Shelia) of Dunkirk, IN; and his grandchildren, Kasin, Raelyn, Kashton and Hendrix. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
