He is survived by: his children, Carol Whitesell (Dan), Susan Adams, Kirsten Ireland (Brenda), John Whitesell, Laura Roessner (Linus), Jarrod Whitesell (Meredith), Sarah Coleman, Camille Tweedy and Lillian Whitesell.
