He was predeceased by: his parents, Deloris Clark (Borton) and Harold D. Clark; and his siblings, Steve Clark, Doug Clark and Linda.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian Brown of Portland, IN, Steven Brown (Jeannie) of Hartford City, IN, Derious Clark Jr. (Tammy) of Portland, IN, Patrick B. Clark of Hartford City, IN and James M. Clark of Eaton, IN; and his sister Jocelyn McDonald of Albany, IN.. He is also survived by grandchildren, (6) great grandchildren.
