He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Isenbarger and Sarah Isenbarger (Landon). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Dennis Isenbarger (Joanne) of Clayton, NC and Cori Barth of York, PA; his stepdaughters, Lisa Evans (John) of Portland, IN and Shelly Ray (Tim) of Albany, IN; his grandchildren, Connor of Wilmington, DE, Molly of Wilmington, DE, Devlin Barth of Wilmington, DE, Elizabeth Isenbarger of Clayton, NC, Lyndee Wellman (Ryan) of Bryant, IN, Lauren Evans of New Bremen, OH, Mariah Lawrence and Gavin Ray of Albany, IN.; his sisters, Linda Clay (Mick) of Muncie, IN and Cris Isenbarger of Anderson, IN; and his sisters-in-law, Debbie McCaffery (Tim) and Brenda Wise of Dunkirk, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Dunkirk American Legion, 118 West Commerce St., Dunkirk, IN 47336.

“I worked with Ike in the AR Shop at Dover AFB. I remember back on 911, we needed to secure our hanger. I sent some young Airmen out with instructions to lock all doors to the hanger. I followed up and found many not secure. As Ike heard me, he turned to me and said he had it. Next thing I see Ike with chains, locks, a hammer, screwdriver and vise grips. The hanger was secure in a very short time. He understood, what secure meant. He will be missed by many. Darryl "Fish"”
