Chris Dugan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2021, at the age of 64, Chris Dugan of Dunkirk, Indiana, born in Portland, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph Grapner and Rosie Grapner (Schmidt); her children, Regina Young, Andrew Dugan and Zeb Dugan; her grandchildren, Wiley Young (Emily), Andrea Dugan, Adam Young, Abigail Dugan, Nevaeh Brower and Traeh Brower; and her great grandchildren, London Dugan and Phoebe May.
