He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl E. Hensley and Suzanne Oliver (West); his brother-in-law Randy Smith; and his pet Ellie Mae. He is survived by: his sisters, Debra Hensley and Teresa Smith; and his friend Brent Hostetter (Charmanie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
