He is survived by: his wife Vickie Ransom; his brother Michael Ransom of Indianola; his children, Judene Gardner of Muscatine, Deborah Robertson of Orlando and William Ransom of Midland; and his stepdaughters, Tiffiny Herbst of Terre Haute and Chastity Shepler of Merom, Indiana. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, nieces and a nephew.
