Harper (Busby); his children, Justin Norris, Derrick Harper and Stephanie Harper; his sister Donna Ferree (George); his grandchildren, Damian Russell (Kayla), Simon Dennison, Adriann St. John, Justyce Norris, Virginia Norris, Donte Norris and Sean Norris; and his great grandchildren, Noalynn and Isaiah Russell.
