With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shad Christopher Collins of Dugger, Indiana, born in Sullivan, Indiana, who passed away on January 18, 2024 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Shade Collins; his nephew Taryn Collins; his niece Victoria Helrigel; and his aunt Kelly Jo Everhart. He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Collins of Switz City and Victoria; his sisters, Shawn Collins of Sullivan and Tara Helrigel (Josh Bohnert) of Switz City; his daughters, Keelin Coulter, Isabella Lochbaum and Aubree Collins; his nieces and nephews, DeAndra Flynn (Ryan), Cabe Vest, Emma Helrigel, Addison Sanders, Austin Bohnert and Olivia Bohnert; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aezlinn Flynn, Benjamin Flynn, Noah Flynn and Zaelea Flynn. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
