She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Bailey and Lucy Stevenson Bailey; her husband Bill Carr; her siblings, Anna Pirtle (Lloyd), Pauline Bailey and Paul Bailey (Mary); and her nephews, Billy Pirtle (Susie) and Kenny Pirtle.
She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis Herb (Bill) of Rosedale, IN; her grandchildren, Rodney Herb (Molly) of Terre Haute, IN and Kimberly Campbell (Cory) of Marshall; her great grandchildren, Briar Herb (Katie) of Terre Haute, IN., Levi Herb of Cincinnati, OH, Chloe Campbell of Terre Haute and Claire Campbell of Marshall, IL; her great great grandchildren, Bowen Herb and Coleson Herb of Terre Haute, IN; and her nieces, Betty Horne (Steve) and Vicki Talpas. She is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
