Nancy Cooksey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy Cooksey of Dugger, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 13, 2025 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy Cooksey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Homer Lee Moore and Betty Jo Davis Moore; her husband Donald Cooksey; and her son Chase Alan Cooksey. She is survived by: her children, Darin Cooksey (Patty), Bradley Cooksey and Katie Rondinaro (Brooks); her daughter-in-law Natalie Rinck; her siblings, Nick Moore (Babs), Bruce Moore (Debbie), Mike Moore, Susan Dickerson (Mike), Sara Correll (Bryan) and Connie Sears (Roger); her grandchildren, Jarod, Devin, Cooper Cooksey, Mia Cooksey, Kylie Cooksey, Nolan and Logan McDaniel; and also Kacee McDaniel.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holmes Memorial Chapel (642 W Silver St, Sullivan, IN 47882). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers the family asks contributions be made to The Funeral Home, Holmes Memorial Chapel to help the family with memorial and final expenses.
