He is survived by: his parents, Monty Maze and Terri Maze (Wallisa); his brothers, Melidian Maze (Rayven Knotts) of Linton, IN and Blayne Wallisa of Dugger, IN; his grandparents, Monty Maze (Judy) of Shelburn, IN and Tanya Wallisa of Linton, IN; his uncles, Jeremy Maze of Tennessee and Jessie Maze (Kerri) of Missouri; his aunt Amy Romine of Jasonville, IN; and his nephew Elijah Maze (Dena Taylor) of Linton, IN.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Newkirk's Funeral Home to help with final arrangements.
