He is survived by: his wife Judy Davis of Dubois, IN; his children, Tammy Purl (Damon) of Petersburg, IN, Julie Miller (Robert) of Dubois, IN and Keith Mathies (Kathy) of Dubois, IN; and his brother Larry Davis (Janet) of Madison, IN.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
