Elaine J. Zehr Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine J. Zehr of Dubois, Indiana, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on June 17, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Ubelhor and Etta Belle Ubelhor (Garland); and her siblings, Betty Gehlhausen, Rosetta Hobbs, Louise Guinn, Judy Jackson, Alfred and Victor Ubelhor.
She is survived by: her husband Arville "Fritzie" Zehr; her children, Alisa Jane Brinkman (Ron Nixon) and Chad Frederick Zehr (Michelle); her grandchildren, Logan, Parker, Jacob and Corbyn; her stepgrandchildren, Clayton and Hannah; her great grandchild Rylynn; and her siblings, Leo Ubelhor (Shirley), Anita Mermoud (Bob) and Donna Chavez (Rigo). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
