He is survived by: his parents, Gary Russell and Linda Hall; his daughter Alicia Ann; his siblings, Robert Russell of Milton, Indiana, Stacy LaFollette (Ernie) of Connersville and Kristen Thomas of North Carolina; and his grandmother Nora Craighead of Arizona. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
