She was predeceased by: her parents, James I. Hobson and Genevieve Hobson Martin; and her siblings, Buthyle Hobson, Kathryn Taylor and James Hobson Jr..

She is survived by: her husband Larry Walters; her daughter Lynn Adams (Russell); her granddaughters, Jessica Raymond (Kevin) and Paige Goldey (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Camden Dale, Jace Goldey, Hayes Goldey and Nolan Raymond.
