She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Lee and Ruby Irene Beaty (Koger); and her husband Orville Phillips. She is survived by: her son Jerry; her daughter-in-law Judy Huddleston of Milton; her granddaughter Emma Kidwell (Chris) of Plainfield; her great grandchildren, Ella and Corbin Kidwell; and her siblings, Kenneth Lee Beaty of Readyville, TN. and Judy Ann Craig.
