He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Puckett and Kathleen Puckett; and his brother Ray. He is survived by: his sons, Ron Puckett (Amy) of Cambridge City and Todd Gabbard (Michele) of Dublin; his grandchildren, Bailey, Brody, Kinley Puckett, Chelsea Lingg (Derek) and Trevor Gabbard; his sister Janice Longnecker (Bill); his sister-in-law Dolores Puckett; his daughter Lori; and his close friend Vicki. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
