He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Riall and Hazel Riall (Bockover); his wife Carolyn; his son Jeffrey Scott Riall; and his siblings, Betty Jane Riall, Marie Tanner, Frances Smith, Robert, Joseph and Richard Riall.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Claywell (Chris) of New Castle, Brian Riall (Jodi) of Greenfield and Jennifer Couch (Carl) of Cambridge City; and his grandchildren, Dustin Claywell, Cody Couch, Brandon McKinney, Kayla Yontz and Savvanna Riall.
