He is survived by: his wife Sara Lewis of Dublin; his pet Mattie; his son Cody Lewis of Anderson; his granddaughter Audreyanna Lewis of New Castle; his grandfather-in-law Mam (Patty Callis) of Dublin; his brother-in-law Kirk Gigliotti of Richmond; his siblings, Mildred Page of Richmond, Michelle Lewis-Fields of Anderson, Claudia Hendrickson of Prescot Arizona, Michael Toney (Edward Toney) of Centerville, Chad Dale and Hagerstown; and his great-nephew Ryder Walker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
