It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Rigney of Dublin, Indiana, born in Monticello, Kentucky, who passed away on October 5, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Rigney and Jessie Rigney (Doss); his daughter Shellie Renee Rigney-Orr; and his grandson James Dalton Baker. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Kay Quesenberry; his children, Rick Rigney (Tina) of Goldsboro, NC, Tim Rigney of Dublin and Kimberly Hancock of New Castle; his grandchildren, Caleb Orr, Kaylee, Rylee Weston, Jaden Johnson, Jon Baker, Candace Rigney, Kendra Smith (Jeffrey) and Jessica Colbert; his great grandchildren, Eli Atwood, Aydan Thomas Smith, Raelynn Hancock, Malory and Hannah Colbert; and his siblings, Joe, Forrest, Ron Rigney, Phyllis Denny and Debbie Bell.
