He is survived by: his wife Pamela Jo King; his daughters, Laura Keller (Ryan) and Jessica Foreman; his stepchildren, Emily Shepherd (Ben Kreider), Jessica Scott, Cassandra Shepherd, Andrew Shepherd (Sarah MacDonald), Abigail Lenfert and Aaron Shepherd; his grandchildren, Lacey Williams, Hannah Kreider, Simon Scott, Ivy Clarkson, Oscar Kreider, Phoebe Scott, Annabelle Clarkson, Alexander Hobbs, Orion McCorkhill, Austin Sieber, Isaac McCorkhill, Walter Hobbs, Daniel Lenfert, Caroline Lenfert and Colten Barnes; his great grandchildren, Jake Lichtenberger, Gabriel and Addison Barber; and his siblings, Teresa French, Rebecca Standridge, Dallas Gentry, Dean Overbay and Connie Stevens. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
