He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Noe and Martha Noe (Cochran); and his daughter Rhonda Chasteen. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Noe; his sons, Ronald Noe (Pam), Robert Noe and Christopher Noe of Whitehall; and his son-in-law Benjamin Chasteen. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
