She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Moistner and Elizabeth Moistner (Rogers); her children, Sandra DeBruler and Donald Leroy Herbert; her grandson Brantley Leon Taber; her siblings, Anna Mae Smith, William "Bill", Paul Moistner and Linda Wilson; and her sons-in-law, Gary Reed, Don Smith and Gail Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Herbert Jr., Susan Dixon (Doug), Eric Triplitt (Melissa), Bobby Rayburn (Kira), Becki Reed and Grey Rayburn; her brother Les Moistner (Betty); her sister-in-law Carrie Moistner; her son-in-law Merle DeBruler; her close friend Nancy Roberts; and her nephew Tracy Moistner (Larry McDaniel). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
