She was predeceased by: her father Howard Lewis Moffett; and her husband Gary E. Hughes of Cincinnati. She is survived by: her mother Evelyn Esther Border Moffett; her stepson Gary E. Hughes Jr.; her siblings, Ruth Adams (Tim) and Brian Moffett; her sister-in-law Cheryl Moffett of Connersville; her nieces and nephews, Rebecca Adams of Richmond, Sarah Adams (Randy Macy) of Rushville, Clint Adams (Hannah) of Connersville and Kyle Moffett of Connersville; and her great-nephews, Clark and James Adams. She is also survived by aunt to her nieces and nephews.
