It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vivian Janet Elder of Dillsboro, Indiana, who passed away on November 8, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thayer and Flo Thayer (Hall); her husband Larry Elder; and her siblings, Charles Thayer, Delmer Thayer and Laverne Thayer.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Elder (Denise) of Dillsboro, Keith Elder (Renee) of Rising Sun, Kendal Elder (Jeremy Morrissey) of Indian Wells and Kelly Kelly (Steve) of Aurora; and her sister Audrey Teaney of Aurora. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in honor of Vivian to the Dillsboro Life Squad.
