He is survived by: his parents, Timothy and Rachel Sullivan Jr. (Whitaker) of Dillsboro; his grandparents, Timothy Sullivan Sr. (Jeannie) of Cleves, Ohio and Sue Whitaker of Harrison, Ohio; his siblings, Timothy Sullivan III (Rebecca) of Dillsboro and Hope Hardtke (Brady) of Delhi, Ohio; and his nieces, Lettie Sullivan and Vaeda Sullivan.
