He was predeceased by: his parents, James Felts and Alice Felts (Hall); and his brother Lloyd Felts. He is survived by: his wife Linda Felts (Joyce); his children, Lori Colver of Dillsboro, IN, Jason Felts (Lisa) of Greendale, IN, George Ross (Jennifer) of Greensboro, NC, Christina Boomer (Lance) of Cincinnati, OH, Chuck Pheister (Wendy) of Greendale, IN and Bobbie Mutter (Chris) of Cincinnati, OH; and his siblings, Kenneth Felts, Lonnie Felts, James Felts (Betty), Agnes Wheeler and Karen Mullins (Darrell). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
