She was predeceased by: her mother Cathy Lock. She is survived by: her children, Greg Lock of Harrison, Ohio and Candance Lock of Aurora, Indiana; her father Charles Lock of Dillsboro, Indiana; and her siblings, Charlie Lock of Cincinnati, Ohio and Shannon Lock of Miamitown, Ohio. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
