She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Youngblood and Dorothy Youngblood (Cammack); her husband William Powers Jr.; and her sister-in-law Lynn Youngblood. She is survived by: her children, David Powers (Jency) of Cullman, Stephen Powers (Sheri) of Greendale and Christie Plyman (Gregg) of Dillsboro; her siblings, Ralph Youngblood of Sugarland, Texas and Dorothy "Ginger" Huggins (Dwayne) of Littleton, Colorado; and her grandchildren, Ashley Boutot (Adam) of Brandon Mississippi, Taylor Powers of Greendale, Tony Bischoff (Loretta) of Aurora and Jason Bischoff of Cincinnati. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in honor of Anne to the American Cancer Society, Dillsboro United Methodist Church, or Northside Baptist Church in Clinton, Mississippi.
