She is survived by: her children, Michael Golden Jr. of Cleves, Ohio and Dayna Golden of Cleves, Ohio; her father Richard "Rick" Vastine of Dillsboro; her brother Corey Hall of Cleves, Ohio; and her grandmother Leah Vastine of Dillsboro.
