She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine M. Lewis (Schurr) and James A. Lewis. She is survived by: her sons, Jim Getz of Florence, IN, Joe Getz of Quercus Grove, IN and John Getz of East Enterprise, IN; and her siblings, Pat Reuter of Dillsboro, IN, Mary Pelcha of North Bend, OH and John Lewis of Addyston, OH.. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
