He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Lucille (Armstrong) and Stanley Wilford Rodgers; his brothers, David Rodgers and Steven Rodgers; his stepson Rusty Kelly; and his granddaughter Kimberly Rodgers.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Rodgers of Aberdeen, IN; his children, Penny Sue King (Clyde) of Cincinnati, OH, Mark Rodgers (Kathleen), Tony Rodgers (Holly) of Manchester, IN, Kevin Rodgers (Sherrie) of Aurora, IN and Mike Rodgers (Shari) of Manchester, IN; his stepchildren, Julia Demaree of Fairplay, CO and John Kelly of Rising Sun, IN; and his siblings, Susan Roy of Aurora, IN, Norman Rodgers of Aurora, IN and Johnny Rodgers of Boynton Beach, FL.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Hopewell Masonic Lodge or American Cancer Society.
