She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Kirby and Ruth Geraldine Elam (Vessel); her son Howard Dale Bernius (Linda); and her siblings, Jon G. Elam and Jackie Rosier.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Anne Wesley (Chuck), Mary Ruth Unwin (Kevin), Dale Robin Bernius II (Ashley), Robin Henry Bernius and Dawn Roberta Bernius; and her siblings, Rhonda Makstaller (Jeff) and Wayne Elam (Liz). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren.
