He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Womack and Matilda Womack (Akemon); and his siblings, Marietta, Herman, Bobby, Jimmy, Doris, Nancy and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his wife Kathi Womack (Butler); and also, Theresa Joy Hill (Lewis) of Versailles, Lawrence Womack (Diana) of Mooreshill, Harold Sizemore of Wright's Corner, Anita White (Gene) of Franklin and Martha Fields of Greensburg. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
