He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Collins and Patricia Collins (Slayback); his son Willy Collins; his brother-in-law Bobby Hittle; and his grandchildren, Cassie, Becky, Donald and Roger.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Eric Collins, Angela Cappock (Greg), Pauline Salisburrey (Mike), Sadie Dilts (JR) and Myra Smith (Anthony); and his siblings, Denny Collins (Theresa), Dale Collins (Eve), Sharon Hittle and Nita Lazenby. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the family in care of the funeral home.
