He was predeceased by: his parents, Estal Cleeter and Helen Cleeter (Pavy). He is survived by: his sons, Kreig Cleeter (Jennifer) of Greendale, Kurtis Cleeter of Dillsboro and Karson Cleeter of Harrison, Ohio; the mother of his children Kim Beavers (Rob) of Harrison, Ohio; his siblings, Jerry Cleeter (Pat) of Aurora, Jean Connolly of Harrison and Joyce Hardwick (Phil) of Greenwood, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Iyla Cleeter and Brooks Cleeter.
Memorials may be given in honor of Jeff to the Sons of American Legion Post 292 of Dillsboro.
