He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth DeVries. He is survived by: his mother Virginia "Ginny" Van Cleave (Marion "Van") of Dillsboro; his siblings, Kenneth DeVries Jr. (Wendy) of Pleasant Lake, Michigan and Deborah Wellman (Dusty) of Houghton, Iowa; and his nieces and nephews, Rachel, Madeline, Remington and Trey.
Memorials may be given in honor of Jason to Dillsboro United Methodist Church or Summit Group Home (group home checks made out to Virginia Van Cleave).
