He was predeceased by: his father John Frank Moore Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Delores Jean Shambley; his children, Gerry Thomas Moore Jr. of New Britain, Allen Moore (Jennifer) of Brooklyn, Shanae Burgos (Andrew) of Savannah, Georgia, Chifon Moore of New York and Tamara Moore of Phoenix, Arizona; his sisters, Sharon Moore of New York and Carol Moore; and his close friend David Busse of Dillsboro, Indiana.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorials may be given in honor of Gerry to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
