He is survived by: his wife Arlena; his children, Heather Welch (Jacob), Jeffery Savage (Katrina) and Jimmy Taylor; and his grandchildren, Ethan Welch, Leah Welch, Zoey Savage and Brooklynn Savage. He is also survived by two brothers and one sister.
