He is survived by: his parents, Fredrick Collins and Lisa Conn (German); his daughter Autumn Collins Gill; his fiancée Samantha Lunsford; his siblings, Samantha Collins (Jeffrey Jackson), Teri Werling (Tim), Kevin Collins (Jennifer), David Collins (Laura) and Larry Collins (Adam); and his grandparents, Sonja German and Clayton Collins. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
