He was predeceased by: his father Edwin Allen; his sister Christine Toomey; and his grandson Bradley Patrick Keith. He is survived by: his mother Norma Jean Cranfield (Pierce) of Dillsboro; his close friend Freda Davis of Dillsboro; his children, Jefferey Allen of Kentucky, Joshua Keith of Florida, Justin Keith of Florida and Amanda Slayton (Chad) of Florida; and his stepdaughters, Diana Davis of Dillsboro and Rhonda Keith of Dillsboro. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
