He was predeceased by: his parents, Elige Bowling and Nancy Bowling (Spurlock). He is survived by: his wife Winnifred Wittke Bowling; and his children, Chris Bowling of Dillsboro, IN, Brian Bowling (Diane) of Rising Sun, IN, Mark Bowling (Dianna) of Cary, IL, Jerlyn and Joan. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
