It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Wayne Roark of Dillsboro, Indiana, who passed away on July 4, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy and Peggy Roark (Snider); his stepfather Eddie Weise; his brother Jimmy Roark (Smiley); and his grandson Race Wilburn.

He is survived by: his wife Lora; his children, Dennis II (Kelly Roark) and Dennise (Adrian Wilburn); his grandchildren, Becky Ollman (Zach), Dennis, Denny, Dalton Roark, Kobe Roark, Tyler Wilburn (Tanner), Zach Wilburn (Ashlee), Kaleb Wilburn and Kayden McClellan; his great grandchildren, Remington Ollman, Stella Roark and Laken Roark; his siblings, Troy Roark (Tammy), Clifford Roark (Natasha), Lady Kreger (Carl) and Darlene Emery; and his close friend Dan Lozier. He is also survived by numerous niece and nephews.

Memorials can be given to Dennis Roark Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.

“What a wonderful man he was. Although I only knew him in the last few years, I always looked forward to coming out and see him and Lora. It's amazing how some people can touch your lives, and he was one of those people. He will be missed and I will never forget him and his wonderful spirit as long as I live.
