He is survived by: his children, Bethann Duncan (John Walls), David Duncan, Jr. (Ashley), Michelle Boshears and Misty Duncan; and his siblings, Karen Zigelmier, Ronald Duncan and Beverly Nelson. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, as well as a wide circle of family and friends.
