She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Vierling and Katherine Vierling (Braun); her husband Earl W. Scholle; and her grandson Jeffrey Mark Vaal. She is survived by: her friends, Martha Wainscott, Edith Russell and Eleanor Peter; her children, Larry Scholle (Janet) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Jeanne Vaal (Mark) of Perry Hall, Maryland; her grandchildren, Byron Scholle (Jill), Melissa Setzekorn (Justin), Brandon Scholle (Denise), Eric Vaal and Heidi Vaal; her great grandchildren, Parker, Piper Scholle, Kathryn and Jackson Setzekorn; her cousins, Bill Breyer and Anita Rush; her nephew John Vierling; and her nieces, Kathy Rahn and Jean Wood.
Memorials may be given in honor of Catherine to Trinity Lutheran Church.
