She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Combs and Spicia Combs (Begley); her husband Rev. Arnold John Cutter; her daughter-in-law Linda Sue Cutter (Lockhart); her great great grandchild Rhett James Hartsburg; her siblings, Lehmen Combs, Lelia Edwards and Beulah Morgan; and her brothers-in-law, Arlie Campbill, Berton Edwards and Farmer M. Morgan.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Cutter of Fairview, IN, Bonnie Eversole (Joe) of Huntsville, AL and Joy McVay (Jeff) of Florence, KY; her grandchildren, Deidra Dennis (Marty), Aaron Cutter (Heather White), Caleb Eversole, Miranda Eversole, Keiran Eversole, Halee McVay and Colby McVay; her great grandchildren, Ashley Hartsburg (Issac), Avery Recker (Noah), Aiden Dennis, Weston Cutter and Willow White; her great great grandchildren, Ellie and Ivy Hartsburg; her brother Ronald Combs of Vandalia, IL; her sister-in-law Lucille Combs of Dillsboro, IN; and her close friends, Londalee Burger of Cincinnati, OH and Margaret Baker of Dillsboro, IN.. She is also survived by her several nieces and nephews.
