He was predeceased by: his parent Ernest Ramsey; and his niece Stacy Miller Osborne. He is survived by: his parent Patricia "Patty" Ramsey (Goble); his son J. T. York II; his fiancé Pat York; and his siblings, Mary Ernestine Holland (late Charlie), Diana Feix (Joe), Kathy Hurm (Darrell), Derby, Laura Holmes (Todd), Evansville and Lewis Ramsey (Rita). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
