He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Tommie Lee and Mattie Lean Adams; and his siblings, Bernadine Adams Samuels, Kenneth and Jeffery Adams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Michelle (Robert) of Indianapolis, Indiana and Girls; his uncle Bird (Popeezy); his wife Margie; his daughter Dr. Tonya Adams Newman (Rodway) of Reston Virginia; his grandsons, Antoine Sturges of Orlando Florida and Tatum Paglia of Indianapolis, Indiana; and his sister Lula Adams Samuels (James) of Jacksonville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, brother and sisters in-law and other relatives and friends.
